Mirja Gross-Hemmi, PhD, has been working as scientific coordinator of SwiSCI and the international InSCI survey for over a decade. Her keen interests include survey methodology and design, and researching the social and community participation of people with spinal cord injuries.
Mirja earned her master's degree in clinical psychology, psychopathology, and criminology from the University of Zurich, followed by a PhD in clinical child and adolescent psychology from the University of Basel. Subsequently, she worked as a Senior Communications Manager, overseeing international scientific and medical communication projects with a focus on haematology and oncology.
