One of the core aims of SwiSCI is the assessment of prevalence of comorbidities, associated injuries and health conditions in persons with SCI.
In relation to this, SwiSCI is studying cause specific morbidity, crude death rate and cause specific morbidity. Furthermore, SwiSCI aims to get more insight into the direct and indirect associations of ageing, health conditions, body structures and body functions with functioning and quality of life (QOL).
